Sunday, October 18, 2015 10:00am-2:00pm It’s time for Klehm’s annual celebration of our best friend – the dog.  Bring your costumed canine friends to spend a day enjoying and exploring our entire 155 acres of gardens and grounds.  At 1pm that day, dog owners are encouraged to enter their furry friends into a costume contest.  Prizes will be awarded, and everyone will be able to take home good memories and pictures.  In addition, there will be vendors with pet-friendly products to visit and an adoption event featuring local advocacy organizations.  Are you looking for a canine companion?  There will be plenty looking for forever homes that day. Costumes must be handmade to be included in the contest. Costume Contest Categories: Cutest, Funniest, Most Creative, Scariest, Best Impersonation of Another Animal, Best Owner/Pet Costume Combo....
