Sunday, July 19, 2015 11:00am – 6:00pm Art on the Lawn, a Rockford tradition since 2000, is moving to a new home at Klehm Arboretum in 2015. The juried fine art show will feature a wide variety of fine art in many media available to purchase: photograph, ceramics, fiber/paper, glass, mixed media, painting, sculpture, wearable art and more. Art on the Lawn admission includes entrance to Klehm’s outdoor concert series, Woodsong, later in the evening. Blues powerhouse “The Jimmys” will be performing at 6pm.  Stay the whole day with us! With touring experience throughout the U.S. and Europe, The Jimmys have amassed international acclaim. Sunday, June 21, 2015 Doors open at 4:00pm, concert at 6:00pm Three Good Men ( 3GM ) is a spinoff version of the widely recognized Northern Illinois favorite, Men of Our Times, in an informal acoustic set. You’re likely to hear some songs you wouldn’t expect along with a bunch that you will recognize.  Three Good Men share a connection to their songs much like the original artists would have and perform them the way they were meant to be remembered. It is a love of the songs themselves, along with the energy obtained from audiences and dance crowds that continue to contribute to their longevity.  They will mix it up, get the party going and keep it going!
