Young Explorers Youth Program

The Young Explorers Youth Nature Program is well underway and kids are enjoying hands-on, educational activities that are nature based.  University of Illinois Extension  – JoDaviess, Stephenson and Winnebago Counties and Klehm Arboretum have partnered to host the program geared toward kids 6 – 12 years.  Each week the focus is on a different theme and children enjoy activities making good use of the Klehm grounds for experimenting.  Registration is taken on the U of I website for the July classes.  Classes meet Tuesday mornings from 9am – 11am and fill quickly.  For more info, visit the U of I website.
