Class has been Cancelled
Saturday, July 14, 2012
Bad insects are ones that do serious damage to the plants we love. Invasive pests in particular can wreak havoc on trees with little control from natural predators. Learn about the invasive emerald ash borer, gypsy moth and Asian long-horned beetle and how to manage them. But what about the good guys? Learn about beneficial insects, and how to keep them coming back. Presented by Donna Danielson, teacher of horticulture and entomology at The Morton Arboretum and College of Du Page.
