The Cedar Waxwing preferes wooded areas in nothern states and Canada.  While most flock South in the winter, many stay at Klehm year-round.  Visitors can find a variety of birds at Klehm in winter months.  The many evergreens and food sources offer them enough resources to survive the cold.
