Overview: Klehm is holding a reception to launch the quilt exhibition Through the Branches – a Quilter’s Perspective. Meet Claire Powers, creator of these quilt masterpieces as she shares her history of quilting.

Admission: Adults $6, seniors 65+/ Students $3, Members and under 3 – Free
Discover an exceptional display of birds, flowers, animals and trees depicted in appliqué by Quilt Artist, Claire Powers. A collection of over 20 quilt pieces of intricate detail with titles like “Every Garden needs a Prince Charming”, “Autumn Nosegay” and “The Case of the Vanishing Vase” will thrill and excite viewers of all ages.
Visitors can complete their Klehm visit with a walk through the Arboretum’s 1.5 miles of paved accessible paths, and Friday through Monday they can ride the Klehm Express for $3. Klehm’s specialty gardens include a Children’s Garden, 5 Demonstration Gardens, formal Fountain Garden and a specially designed Quilt Garden to accompany this exhibit. Wheelchairs available at no additional cost. Groups & Bus Tours Welcome – Reservations required.
